Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

UK Shipping
We offer Next Day Delivery across the UK for £4.99.
To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

EU & International Shipping
We offer shipping to Europe and international destinations for a flat rate of £14.99.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing, but we aim to dispatch all international orders within our standard 1–2 day processing window.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delays
